Following our social movement in 2019 and Covid, home is no longer how we remember it but a memory that carries us on, inspiring our actions and imaginations. We're honoured to be collaborating with Hong Kong author Hon Lai-chu (韓麗珠) who wrote about her longing and remembrance of Hong Kong in "Homecoming" (回家). From writings about cats to the city's social upheaval and hidden salons in alleyways, she takes us on a journey to revisit the concept of home and the land we live on. Our "Sanctuary" candle lights up hope and gives warmth in in times of uncertainties, reminding you of home.
